Started off his coaching career as a middle school head coach in North Caronlina. As a coach for middle school he had in three season eight champions with twelve placers on the middle school level. He was a high school ass. coach for four season as he helped coach three state champion wrestlers. As a coach he plans to make coaching wrestling apart of his life. Drake served the country in the Marine Corp. He moved from Gastonia North Carolina where he was born and raised. He is involved in ministry as well speaking at local churches. his coaching method is developing the wresters style that they already have. Building there foundational wrestling skills while building more technical side. His practice methods are intense conditioning, weight workouts, drilling, teaching, and live wrestling. He respects all wrestlers and demands the wrestlers to respect everyone else and them selves.

Corey Wright Associate Head Coach- 1st Season Corey Wright is originally from Rome, Georgia. He was a former wrestler at Rome High School, as well as, here at Tennessee Temple University. Corey has nine years of wrestling experience, and was a national qualifier; he was also a part of the two time state championship team here at Tennessee Temple. He is in the process of earning his Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry, with a minor in coaching. Corey says that his goal for this team is "not only to assemble champions, but to also construct the characteristics of a champion, such as: faith, courage, perseverance, etc." He continues on by saying, "I'm looking forward to this upcoming, rebuilding season."
